I can't get this in my country yet, however it can be ordered from various online shops which is a good thing if your desperate to get one and can't wait for the 2008 release date in Australia...I've posted these below for interested parents.

From what I have seen and read , the main things going for the Bloom are the custom made covers you can order, Impressive colors and sophisticated look. The single fold feature is a great feature in itself. This will impress people who have grown tired of the 2 piece folding on the Bugaboo strollers.
Slight disappointment... In my opinion it still looks too much like a Quinny Buzz infact I would not be at all suprised if the companies use the same componet factory ..as the frames look almost the same .even whre they place the logo on the aliminium frame is the same!
YES.....even the over rated Bugaboo does not escape this design..sigh! What is it with pushchair cloning? Gone are the days when Mothercare were coming out with the funky strollers . Bugaboo uses the seat like it is a new feature, but back in the 80's and 90's mothercare used that bucket seat almost exclusively. It was revolutionary for its time and could face either way.I went mad for them in the 90's for my first 2 kids and imported them from the Uk!ah..those were the days...:)

Selling points for me...
-The higher seat is a definate plus.I like my children to see me, and not the shopping bags and kneecaps of passers by.

-I do love the fact you can get custom made seat covers and canopy made up from Designers Guild fabrics.. this is a nice selling point, for those of us that Like to have something different.

- I like the colour options available..nice to see a company that goes outside of the usual red, black and navy box.

Hi there, I am the one you commented on my cot on Trade Me... I see you are big into prams too.. I am one of those too!! Bugaboo is so overated... I hate it.. I am also disgusted with people putting their babies in car seats and attaching them to frames.. babies are designed to lay down... I had an 8 year old in the UK and bought my pram from Germany... 8 years later I have imported my Guesslein Trend... this is a perfect pram converts to pushchair.. you can move the handles from either side. The suspension has leather straps so its really bouncy and its a 4x4 pump up tyres.. perfect for the New Zealand terrain...I love it..
